- Undertaking legal due diligence during a proposed purchase of a local hotel chain by local and offshore investors.

The Law Firm boasts of a highly motivated support staff well trained and experienced in their specific field.
The support staff include logistics clerks on call for around-town deliveries on motorbikes, lands and companies registry clerks holding diploma and certificates in legal practice, front office and IT support personnel and an office management, accounts and billing department head.
The Law Firm’s staff has at its disposal modern clerical, secretarial and accounting systems, a supportive working environment and well equipped offices which enhance efficiency in legal research, correspondence, documentation, accounting and general office work output.
